subway sightings

A few moons ago, I was waiting for the NYC subway when I feasted my eyes upon this specimen. Behold. A sketch was born.

on the road again

While commuting, I like to make constructive use of my time. Take, for instance, this handy-dandy little sketch that I was inspired to create whilst reading the Express. Yeah, yeah - the source of inspiration was an article that dealt with none other than Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill. Will he run for President? The nation waits with bated breath.

holiday cheer

OK, folks. Here is this year's office holiday flyer designed by yours truly. Something whimsical and eye-catching to be e-mailed and posted on other office walls.

These are recent illustrations that I created for a client's request for web banners.

barrel of monkeys

sketchI've been foraging through my archives, and came across this little number. Now you might be asking yourself, "What in tarnation is it?" Well boys & girls, this is none other than a logo sketch that I created for a website. The theme pertains to humans who adore their computers. No pun intended here: the use of this lovely chimp relates to the name of the website.

matchbook art

sketchI've recently purchased a display booth at the DC Illustrators Club's portfolio showcase. As part of the promo poster invitation, each illustrator was asked to submit a free-form sketch of our ideal art director - like the ones in those matchbook art tests.

Don't forget to come and hire me at IC Showcase 7. Make your appearance at the National Geographic building on 10/13 (it's a Thursday, people) between 5:30 and 8:00pm.
